UPDATE 3-15-24

Orders can now take 3 to 5 business days to be processedOnly a few items will be offered. If you order an item that is not available, a refund will be made. NO CUSTOM ORDERS WILL BE MADE.

For reasons beyond my control, orders will take longer than estimated, it may take up to 3 weeks to be processed.

UPDATE 12-5-23

I will be on vacation from November 15 to December 25 therefore orders that enter in this period will be processed once we return, that being said, claims, money refunds are not accepted, since they were notified on social plataforms in the page banner and in a pop-up window that we are on vacation if you place an order it is BECAUSE YOU ARE WILLING TO WAIT

3 to 5 days to process regular order and 7 to 10 days to process custom orders

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. It is extremely rare that I go over this turnaround, please do not contact me asking where your order is if we are still within the turnaround time :)

Tracking info will be emailed to you when I purchase the shipping label, please check spam/promotional folders for emails. After months and months of issues with USPS, we have decided to switch over to UPS for shipping. I know the price is higher, but it is worth it for more reliable service and quicker transit times!!

Double check that all shipping info is correct before checking out, I am not responsible for incorrect addresses! If shipments are sent back to me, you are responsible for additional shipping charges. 

Once I have shipped your order, please contact UPS with any questions about the delivery of your items :)

D' Custom By Darla is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If items are damaged/lost in shipment, please contact Route if you paid for their shipping insurance or UPS for a reimbursement. Claims are to be done directly with Route or UPS & they will reimburse you for damaged/lost items.

I do not cancel orders, offer refunds, or accept returns so please order carefully! If you notice you checked out with an incorrect address please contact me immediately to get it updated. I do not offer refunds or cancellations unless I go outside of my TAT, which is up to 7 business days. If I’m running behind my TAT, feel free to request a refund!

Combining Orders/Refund Policy/Discount Codes

We do not add on to existing orders, however we WILL combine and refund any applicable shipping charges (less a handling fee of $1.50) for people with multiple open orders :) if we have to refund for product, we will always send an email with an explanation.

In most circumstances, we do not cancel orders, offer refunds, or accept returns so please order carefully! Shopify still takes processing fees out of our account even on canceled or refunded orders! If you notice you checked out with an incorrect address please contact us immediately to get it updated. We do not offer refunds or cancellations unless we go outside of our TAT, which is up to 7 business days. If we're running behind the TAT, feel free to request a refund!

Coupon codes cannot be applied retroactively and we will not send refunds if codes are forgotten or if the code isn’t applying and you check out anyway. Please contact us if you are having trouble with a code so we can work to fix the issue prior to checkout :)
